Family Constellation workshop in 3 Parts

This is an introductory workshop for people curious to learn about this modality of healing or for people that have done some work in this field already.
The workshop will have a learning and experiential component. Participants will get a first hand experience with this powerful tool for healing.  Each participant will have a chance to explore their inner process, challenges and strengths in a safe environment with a certified facilitator.

What we will explore in this 3 part series are pivotal themes in Family Constellation work that define our individual lives as adults and define the quality of our relationships with the world and ourselves.

1. Belonging - Source of safety and potential barrier to growth
2. Order - The importance of being in the right place and the symptoms of a disturbed order.
3. Exchange - Balance in giving and receiving as the gateway to adulthood and autonomy.
